• Payment failure
• Incomplete customer information
• Credit-risk concerns
• Legal or regulatory restrictions
• Suspected fraud
• Production limitations

If an order is cancelled by us after payment, the eligible amount received will be refunded according to the agreed commercial terms.

6. Minimum Order Quantity

Minimum order quantities may vary according to the product, size, finish, packaging, customisation, delivery location, and type of customer.

The applicable minimum order quantity will be stated in the quotation, catalogue, price list, or order confirmation.

Exotica Steel India may decline orders below the applicable minimum quantity.

7. Prices and Taxes

Product prices may change without prior notice.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Prices exclude transportation, loading, unloading, insurance, and special packaging charges
• GST and other applicable taxes will be charged according to prevailing law
• Prices are based on the quantity, specification, packaging, and payment terms mentioned in the quotation
• Promotional or special prices apply only for the stated period, quantity, and customer
• A price offered for one order does not guarantee the same price for future orders

In case of a pricing error, we may correct the price before accepting or dispatching the order.

8. Payment Terms

Payment must be made according to the terms stated in the quotation, proforma invoice, order confirmation, or commercial agreement.

Unless different terms are approved in writing, Exotica Steel India may require an advance payment to confirm the order and the remaining payment before dispatch.

Payments must be made only to the official bank account, payment link, or authorised payment method communicated by Exotica Steel India.

The company will not be responsible for payments made:

• To an unauthorised individual or account
• Based on fraudulent messages or altered invoices
• Without verifying changed bank details directly with the company
• Through an unofficial payment channel

Delayed payment may result in delayed production, withholding of dispatch, cancellation of credit facilities, or other action permitted under the agreed commercial terms and applicable law.

9. Production and Delivery Timelines

Production, dispatch, and delivery timelines are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Timelines may be affected by:

• Order quantity or customisation
• Availability of raw materials
• Production schedules
• Payment delays
• Quality-control requirements
• Transporter availability
• Weather or road conditions
• Government restrictions
• Strikes, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control

Exotica Steel India will make reasonable efforts to meet confirmed timelines but will not be responsible for delays caused by third-party transporters or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

A delay will not automatically entitle the customer to cancel an order or claim compensation unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law.

10. Dispatch and Transportation

Products may be dispatched through a transporter, courier, logistics provider, or vehicle agreed upon with the customer.

The applicable freight terms will be stated in the quotation or invoice.

Customers must provide a correct and complete delivery address, contact number, GST details, and any required transport documentation. Additional costs caused by incorrect information, failed delivery, detention, re-delivery, or refusal to accept goods may be charged to the customer.

Where transportation is arranged on a “to-pay” or customer-account basis, freight and related charges must be paid directly by the customer.

Customers are advised to obtain transit insurance for high-value or bulk consignments where insurance is not included in the quotation.

11. Inspection of Goods

The customer or authorised recipient should inspect the shipment at the time of delivery.

Visible damage, shortage, incorrect products, or damaged packaging should be:

• Recorded on the transporter’s delivery receipt;
• Photographed or recorded through an unboxing video;
• Reported promptly to Exotica Steel India; and
• Supported by the invoice, bilty, delivery receipt, and relevant evidence.

If no separate claim period is stated in the invoice or agreement, visible shortages, incorrect supply, or transit damage should be reported within seven days of delivery.

Using, reselling, altering, repacking, or processing the affected products before inspection may affect claim eligibility.

12. Product Claims

All claims are subject to verification and approval.

Customers must provide:

• Invoice or proof of purchase
• Product name, size, and quantity
• Clear photographs and videos
• Batch, label, or packaging details, where available
• Description of the issue
• Bilty or delivery documentation, where relevant

If a claim is accepted, Exotica Steel India may provide repair, replacement, credit adjustment, or another appropriate resolution, depending on the nature of the claim and the applicable commercial terms.

Submitting a claim does not automatically guarantee a refund or replacement.

Our separate Warranty Policy applies to eligible manufacturing-defect claims.

13. Cancellations and Modifications

Once an order has been confirmed or production has started, it cannot be cancelled or modified without written approval from Exotica Steel India.

Advance payments may be non-refundable where:

• Production has started;
• Custom packaging or branding has been created;
• Products have been manufactured to the customer’s specifications;
• Goods have been packed or dispatched; or
• The company has incurred costs against the confirmed order.

Any approved cancellation may be subject to the deduction of manufacturing, packaging, administrative, payment-processing, and other actual costs.

14. Customised and Private-Label Orders

Products manufactured or packed with customised specifications, branding, labels, logos, barcodes, colours, finishes, cartons, or designs are made specifically for the customer.

Such orders:

• Require written specification approval
• May require advance or full payment
• Cannot normally be cancelled after production begins
• Are not returnable for reasons unrelated to a confirmed manufacturing defect
• May be subject to reasonable production and colour variations

The customer confirms that any logo, artwork, trademark, or design supplied for customisation is legally authorised for use.

The customer will be responsible for claims arising from unauthorised materials supplied by them.

15. Returns and Refunds

Products are not returnable merely because of a change of mind, slow sales, customer preference, or unsold inventory.

A return will be accepted only when:

• Approved in writing by Exotica Steel India;
• Supported by valid proof of purchase;
• The product is eligible under the applicable policy; and
• The specified return procedure is followed.

Unauthorised returns may be refused.

Where a refund is approved, applicable freight, handling, payment-processing, customisation, or other non-recoverable costs may be deducted, subject to applicable law.
